It began with a simple obsession: Japanese Culture, and a frustration: I want to work on my own designs!
BiteSizedJapan is an online Culture magazine for Westerners interested in Japan. Using a home-gown content publication system and making lots of use of all that Web 2.0 goodness (eek!), the project has a simple goal: Produce an online version of a glossy print magazine.
The project consists of end-to-end production:

- Design and layout
- Character design
- Software development
- Content sourcing and creation
- Marketing and promotion
- Managing writers and content creators
- Video production
BiteSizedJapan will be published in early 2010 at www.bitesizedjapan.com, with a sister site www.gokammygo.com.
